Because of his focus on speed, Czar tends not to show his abilities through sheer force, but swift footwork. Czar's a hit and run type of Pokémon, he strikes at a Pokémon's weak point and dodges most attacks. However because of his speedy stature he is very fragile and quite squishy so a really hard hit would bring him down if it hits him. Galdwings Writing AppDays passed since Dragon and Princess's initial acceptance into the Registry for the three guild leaders in Tao. Since then their time in the group has been enjoyable with new friends, enemies, and discoveries about themselves and their peers. At times letters would always be sent from the leader of Dragon and Princess to his family about his wondrous adventures and of course the quirkiness of the guild leaders. Feeling inspired to make her adventures known, Czar's adoptive sister; A Shiny Pidgey, decided to join up with the guild leaders for her own shot at fame and glory.
