Character Creation Classifies:

Inorokashi "Czar" Kaze
Build: Myrmidon
Because of his focus on speed, Czar tends not to show his abilities through sheer force, but swift footwork. Czar's a hit and run type of Pokémon, he strikes at a Pokémon's weak point and dodges most attacks. However because of his speedy stature he is very fragile and quite squishy so a really hard hit would bring him down if it hits him. Type-Differences against him would probably knock him out or really mess him up. Because of this he tends to wait for the big Pokémon to fight then attack in between. Because of his speed and confidence in his skills he tends to hit the critical points of each Pokémon. If not then at least he's able to hit the Pokémon.

Known Moves:
Dragon Dance, Flame Burst, Metal Claw, Thunderpunch

Known Combos
Czar's known to combine his moves to really put the hurt on Pokémon. Most of them require a charge of Dragon Dance to utilize.
Special:
Dragon's Step
Combination: Dragon Dance x6

A combo taught to him by his mother. It's basically one continuous dance where he'll receive the full power of the move. There are many variations of the dance and most of them stops the Dance so he can receive the power early but abet less potent.

Basics

Tailow Dive
Combination: Dragon Dance x1 and Metal Claw

Czar's first combo, he used it upon shadow boxing out of boredom while in the outer lands. While Dragon Dance is in effect Czar runs towards the opponent and jumps in the air. Once in the air he uses metal claw and moves them in front of him, like diving into a pool. The aura he receives from Dragon dance moves out to the front of his claws; giving the area in front of him the force to push the opponent back when it hits. Once close to the ground he rolls and goes in a sliding position to trip the Pokémon.

Poor Mon's Sky Uppercut
Combination: Dragon Dance x1 and Metal Claw

Czar made this move up during his time in the outer lands, he saw a Combusken do it so he tried it for himself. With one Dragon Dance charge Czar charges forward and does an uppercut similar to that of Sky Uppercut. Only well, not.

Incendiary Point
Combinations: Flame Burst and Metal Claw.

A combo inspired by him in a book he read. Using a soft and slow release of his Flame Burst Czar runs to the ball with his hands turned into metal, he presses his tips at the fire ball and tempers it with its explosive nature. Once ready he slashes the Pokémon at any area. After a few seconds a small explosion forms on the middle of where he slashed.

Advanced

Swellow Talon
Combination: Dragon Dance x2 and Metal Claw

A variation to Czar's Tailow Dive, he does the same movements as Tailow Dive. However at the end he dives again in a horizontal plane rather than going down in an angle. Basically he strikes from above, slides to trip the Pokemon, and ends it with a lunge attack with his claws forward as always.

Thunder Dragon Punch
Combination: Dragon Dance x3 and Thunder Punch

Czar's final strike move, he uses it only at the end of combat to show that he's not the one they should be messing around with. In close range Czar sends a thunder-charged punch on the opponent's abdomen. Once the opponent bends down from being winded he sends another punch on the lower part of the opponent's jaw. He then follows-through and sends his opponent flying.

Electromagnetic Grip
Combination: Dragon Dance x1, Thunder Punch, and Metal Claw

A move Czar completely did by accident as it lead to hilarious results; it basically stuck him with a steel-type Pokémon for quite a while. He electrocutes his Metal claw and gives it a charge. Either plus or minus depending on the hand is charged, his left hand's plus while his right hand's minus. He sticks on to the steel part of a Pokémon and depending on the gender of the Pokémon he can either stick on to the metal coating or be pushed back. When he sticks on he can wail on his opponent with relentless attacks. It's entirely situational.

Desperations

Heart of the Dragon
Combination Dragon Dance x6, Flame Burst, Thunder punch, and Metal Claw

Czar's desperation move, it's only when he's at really low health and is not willing to lose. Giving all he's got on one final combo this is Czar's "Limit Break Lvl. 4". Czar sends a slow Flame Burst as he speeds behind his opponent and pushes him towards the fireball; sending him into the sky. Once his opponent's is in the sky he jumps up and apprehends the opponent in the air, by sending in a thunder punch attack he has the chance to paralyze his opponent. If he succeeds he waits for the Pokémon to land, otherwise he'll attack using metal claw in the air a couple of times before doing an axe kick to send his opponent down. In the event the Pokémon's paralyzed he mercilessly slashes the Pokémon with Metal Claw with the last hit probably defeating the Pokémon or badly wounding him.

Double/Triple Combos

Czar's always making combos on the fly, the battlefield always changes so it's best to keep an active mind and a good imagination for him and his fellow Pokemon around him.

"Shocking!"
Czar's Thunderpunch and any Pokemon's Paralysis-inducing attacks I.E Dmitri's Glare.

A combination Czar enjoyed using during Sorbet's rampage. Normally Thunderpunch has a mid to low percentage of inflicting paralysis. Combine it with another Pokemon's paralysis-inducing attack and it will stun the pokemon hands down.

"Treasured Memories"
Czar's Metal Claw and Molly's Telekinesis.

When Czar and Molly first met Molly would always bind Czar into her telekinetic powers. Over the years the two bonded well enough so that when in a state like this they tend to link minds with one another; giving Czar free will of his movements while in the air.</b>

Known teams to work with:

Czar enjoys making friends, some interesting while others odd. He enjoys having a circle of friends to pal around and have fun with.

Dragon and Princess

Molly: "My First Partner, we have gone through a lot after all these years. We enjoyed each others company, she's always the charismatic one as I try to be one for her. I see her more as a sister then anyone else, to be frank I think she also sees me as her brother. . .

Maharaja VaNija

Laura: "She was my caretaker while I was with my mom. She's really friendly and can be rather overprotective of me and the young. I would hate to be in her bad side. . ."
Love Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 8

Peapple: "She's incredibly ditzy and quite the character. I like her in a way. Although her cooking is rather horrendous, we gave it to a munchlax one time. The Pokemon faninted afterwards and he even didn't take a bite. That's how horrible it is.
Love Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 7

Team Oddsquad

Vigil: "We went Shuffle-boarding together. Can't get anymore awesome then that. He's quite good at shuffle-boarding, the Pokemon beat me two out of the three times we played. I think he's an alright Pokemon in my book. I wonder what's he doing. . .
Partner Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 2

Beatrice: "We met during Sorbet's attack on the town. She's quite the jittery Rotom, but hey if she can force old mon' Withers Aka Heatran to move by just talking that's pretty amazing.
Love Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 2

Team Heatlightning

Lance: "He may say that he lives a pretty boring life. I say it's rather interesting. We met inside Spinda's Cafe during a rainy day and we went rambling on about our stories. He's pretty nice about it. I hope we can talk some more some time."
Partner Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 1

Kena: "Quite the energetic Blitzle I may add. Even though we hardly talk to each other I must say she really likes my stories."
Partner Rating: 0 Friend Rating: 1

Tyra: "She's really pretty and we share the same skin tone. She must be strong because of her Charmeleon form. I hope that I can become as strong as her one day. Despite it all, she's great in every way."
Love Rating: 2 Friend Rating: 1

More to Come. . .

:iconczar-ino-kaze:
I got bored and stumped so I wrote this down. This is something I like to call the Character Creation Classifies. This is where I post up information about my characters as well as some tibits and some interesting facts. Most of them is combat related for now but once the missions roll out you'll be seeing more updates on this.

UPDATE 1: Added Team Oddsquad and Heat lightning in "Known teams to work with" Section. Click on their team name to be teleported into their respective Team Apps.

This character: Inorokashi "Czar" Kaze; The Myrmidon

I'm thinking of not submitting this to the group unless I get some comments on this. I don't know. Does this look interesting to you guys?

Okay, im going to offer something constructive on this. I don't mean to come across as an asshole, I just really want to this this work!

This is a very interesting concept, and I think it’s something that’s great to have fun with. But I think that this has the potential to be taken more seriously, there are a few things that need fixing. There are many things I can't quite agree on, and some things that don't make sense.

1st:
Your ability chart needs a little improving. How come you've put separate categories for base defence and base attack when you have put special attack and special defence into the one category.

Wouldn’t this make more sense?
Attack:
Defense:
Skill:
Speed:
Special Attack:
Special Deffence:

or

Basic:
Skill:
Speed:
Special:

You have also failed to include important information fields such as ‘Species of Pokemon’ in the form.

2nd:
The combo list seems to require too much detail. This might not be an issue for artist, but as a writer I would prefer to spend my time describing other things in my stories rather than specifying details of how overly complex combos are executed. For serious writers hoping to do well in works that will be judged, this is something I would not recommend using in their stories. Yes, of course, I think that this is an excellent Idea to fill in for fun, and an excellent idea to use in any misc stories, I don’t think that I am not the only one who is thinking this.

Also the combo selection that I've seen you, and the few others that have filled this out, seems very repetitive. Remember, a Pokémon’s movset only allows four moves, which means that people filling this out will be constantly using the same move for each combo, partially those with restrictive movsets. It kind of makes the whole concept of a 'combination' a bit redundant.

3rd: Mainly about your character and your combos. Yea, I figure that I would offer something on them too since I would like to see them develop.
The repeated use of dragon dance. 6x Dragon Dance? I don’t understand. This is a DANCE we are talking about. How does somebody, or something, dance 6 times in succession? A combination requires the use of several moves to be used in succession, not just one being repeated over and over again.

Also, from what I've read here and from your other works. Czar seems to strike me as something that is often known as 'an unbelievable character' He just seems too perfect in everything, he has no flaws, no imperfections. He seems to be skilled in everything such as Combat, Intelligence, Popularity, etc. Here, on this sheet, he just seems unbalanced and overpowered, especially with his ‘Desperation Combo’.

How is it that Charmander know so many combinations? How is it that he is able to apply them with such skill? It seems awfully convenient that he's miraculously been able to learn them from other Pokémon. It all makes him appear to be somewhat plain and dull, even with the efforts of you trying to make him a backstory.

There. Other than that, I think that this is quite an excellent ‘meme’ I do hope I have not been too opinionated in my criticism, I meant no offense. You do good work on here. I do hope to see more from you soon.

Thanks for the criticism,

1st Part:

Well I planned the ability chart to represent the old versions of Pokemon RBY you know where Special counted as one ATK and DEF.

2nd Part:

It's only redundant if it's a poor moveset and/or people don't expand the potential of some moves, I used Dragon dance as a Charge; like how in some fighting games such as Street Fighter, MvC, ETC. you use the specials or enhanced versions of the specials but it requires a gauge to use, that's what Czar is.

3rd Part: Also this 'Meme' Is strictly meant for PMD-E and nothing else so the works I've done before and not related the group does not reflect here; Czar's unknown in PMD-E Land. Besides, yes There's alot of combos here, but the question is; if you seen my previous works did you see him actually using the combos? This is merely a reference as well as something I can link to once I actually use the combos.

Well Czar does have some imperfections but If I reveal them now what's the point of developing his character in the later events/missions? Just something to keep in mind.
